Submit the following requirements at
least one week before your climb:
· 1. Booking form – include the followings:
- Name of Expedition Team Leader (1) and
Members (max of 9)
- Proposed Date
- Proposed Itinerary and Route
- Mountaineering Equipment
· 2. Mountaineer Information sheet
3. Notarized waiver (printed
at the back of Mountaineer Information sheet)
Climbing
permit is upon approval by the Protected Area Superintendent. Once your request is approved then you
can pay and get your permit at the Protected
Area Superintendent (PASu) Office in Bacolod during office hours/days.
Official trails and entry/exit areas are:
- Wasay in Murcia
- Guintubdan in La Carlota and Bago Cities
- Mapot and Mananawin in La Castellana and Canlaon City.
