A year ago I was very
disappointed with my performance on my trail run debut despite of finishing the
race. I had no trainings, advice from trail runners and dietary plan. I had no
plan literally. I embraced the injury over the 5 months after the KOTM race. Since
January 2014 I regularly go to the gym, hike at least once a month, run after
office hours at Ayala triangle and eat my regular diet without pork and beef
(since August 2013). A month before the race I had a fully scheduled workout. More
time on gym and running, taking vitamins, and running on mountain trails – Mt.
Maculot (campsite) and Mt. Batulao (2 loops).I keep my conditions to at its
peak.Keeping my muscle relax but ready prior to race.
